Moving to an other city means also choosing an other gym... Because I have a few friends all going to the same gym, my choice was made very quick! Doing the groups lessons is so much fun and it motivates me much more then doing it all on my own. Yesterday I tried out the 'Shakuma' lesson and now I'm walking like penguin, haha! I thought it would've been easier but it's really difficult shaking your whole body at the same time... But I enjoyed it and it felt amazing afterwards.

Because of the energetic lesson yesterday, I'm in need of a good breakfast today. It has to be my all time favorite breakkie (besides the delicious oatmeal banana pancakes) Banana cinnamon oatmeal with goji berries and chia seeds with a cup of black coffee! There's nothing better then starting your day with a good breakfast. It's fast, healthy, easy to make and delicious!
