Hope you're all doing great and having a beautiful week. It's almost weekend so I guess we all have something to look forward to!
A long time ago I wrote this skinny vs. skinny article (which had lots of positive feedback, thank you so much everyone!) where I was talking about me preferring to be muscled skinny then underweight. As my body actually my job is I do have to keep it healthy all the time. All year long. For those of you who are following me on instagram or Facebook have seen that I started with a new fitness program, one most of you probably will know because it's one of the most hyped fitness programs at the moment. And oh god, now I understand why!
The 12 weeks bikini body guide from Kayla Itsines, instagrams famous fit chick, has absolutely changed my way of living, in a positive way! I'm at my actually 4th week but I'm re-doing week 3 as I feel like I didn't give my everything last week. This program is so much fun! Besides showing you the exercises she also educates you in especially nutrition.
My first weeks has been very intense... and sweaty. But I got through it and I keep going because I'm so motivated this time that I really don't feel like giving up.
